PIA Northeast’s recently promoted Director of Sales Stephanie Y. Smith, CISR, CPIA, attended the Utica National E&O State Sales & Appreciation Conference from Oct. 18-19, at the Sheraton Chicago O’Hare, in Chicago, Ill. See photos from the event in the online photo album.
At the event, Smith accepted—on behalf of PIA—Utica National’s Retention Award, which recognizes the overall customer satisfaction, based on renewal rates of Utica National policies sold by PIA Northeast to insurance professionals.
Commenting on the award, Smith said: “Sales and service has been my passion for many years. I am excited and honored to lead the sales department for PIA Northeast. We will continue to serve our members through hard work and dedication—and by offering the quality insurance products that our members have come to depend on and expect from us.”
Smith joined PIA Northeast in 2005 as an administrative manager/licensed sales executive. She and her sales team offer insurance professionals—both PIA members and nonmembers—access to errors and omissions, life and health, disability, cyber and workers’ compensation insurance policies.
